Following a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island State Tuesday morning arrested Emmanuel Traub, 34, of Providence.
Traub was charged with Domestic Violence -Violation of No Contact Order – Third Offense, Fugitive from Justice out of the North Attleboro, Massachusetts Police Department for Robbery, and Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duty.
