The New England Revolution announced on February 21, 2025 new staff changes, head coach, assistant coach and other technical staff for the 2025-2026 season.
The New England Revolution kept the same head coach Caleb Porter for his second season with the Revolution and his 11th MLS season coaching.
Despite the changes in the staff, both assistant coaches, Pablo Moreri and Blair Gavin return for there second season under head coach Celeb Porter and goalkeeper coach Kevin Hichcock. Set Piece Specialist Marc Orti Esbeban, after two years in the Premier League with Brentford F.C Marco is the new addition to the Revs as Set Piece Specialist, with experience with teams as FC Midtjylland, FC Barcelona, and E.F Gavà.
Another addition to the Revolution is Marco Canolintas for his second as a Scientist/Analyst. Marco has experience from previous teams such as Marshall University Men’s Soccer Team. He began his career as an intern at Liverpool in the Premier League. He also has previous experience in Italy’s top tier division Serie A with clubs Parma, Frosinone, and Napoli.
Revolution II with multiple changes in staff ahead of the new season with MLS NEXT PRO season, starts Sunday March 9th vs. Philadelphia Union II. Brad Knighton will be assistant/goalkeeper coach under head coach Richie Williams, His second season with the Rev II. Michael Milazzo will be the new addition to the coaching staff as assistant coach with the last three previous seasons as head coach for Revs Academy, coaching U18 and U15 teams. Revs II added Bial Bejaoui Formerly Paris Saint-Germain F.C as team’s New Sports Performance Coach.
Milazzo as second team staff add changes to the academy coaching staff with Abel Wasswa as new head coach of Under-14s. Experience from Boston College, Oregon State, and University of Massachusetts Lowell. Also new addition Jay Mims as Head Coach for Under-18s previously as chief operations officer of USL Champion team Memphis 901 for the 23-24 season, and Head Coach for USL Champion team Union Omaha for 21-22 season. The U-15 team will be led by coach Liam Connors who had a perfect record last fall with the U-14 MLS NEXT with the record of 13-0-0.
The New England Revolution begin their season on March 9 against the Philadelphia Union.
