Vermont State Police on Friday morning arrested Myisha Reid,  29, of St. Johnsbury, Vermont. 

Troopers were in the area of South Main Street in St. Johnsbury when they located Reid who had an active warrant for violation of probation, fraud – credit card use, fraud – welfare benefits, unlawful trespass, petit larceny, unlawful mischief, and violation of conditions of release. 

Following her arrest, Troopers searched Reid and recovered a clear bag containing a powdery substance, believed to be a narcotic, and she was additionally charged with possession of narcotics.
