Following a motor vehicle stop on March Street in the City of Providence, Rhode Island, State Police in Rhode Island arrested Jael Baez Fernandez, 21, of Providence, Rhode Island early Thursday morning.
Fernandez, was charged with possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance over 10 Grams (Psylocibin), possession of Marijuana over two ounces.
No other information was available.
