On Wednesday, Rhode Island State Police apprehended Joseph Goodrich, a 33-year-old resident of Webster, Massachusetts, following a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant issued for his Failure to Appear at a Pre-Arraignment Conference.
This warrant was related to a charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance, a case originating from the efforts of the Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, which focuses on combating drug-related offenses in Rhode Island.
The arrest occurred during a routine motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in Providence, where officers identified Goodrich and confirmed the outstanding warrant.
