The impact of Tropical Storm Debby on travelers this coming Monday and the early part of the week is already being felt. Amtrak announced on Sunday afternoon that Palmetto Train 89, scheduled to depart from New York (NYP) on Tuesday, has been canceled between Washington DC and Savannah, Georgia, due to the storm.
Airports in Florida, such as Tampa Bay, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Key West, are already experiencing canceled flights. The number of cancellations is expected to increase as the storm approaches.
