If you are planning to drive on Route 16 in Coplin Plantation on Sunday, April 27, be advised the Nash Bridge will be temporarily closed.

The Maine Department of Transportation has announced that the closure will take place from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. to allow repair work on the bridge approach slabs that were damaged during the December 18th storm.

MaineDOT has suggested that drivers take Routes 27, 142, and 4 to reach their destination.

By following the suggested detour, drivers can avoid any potential delays or inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the Nash Bridge.
