On Friday, as the result of a Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, narcotics investigation, Freddy Montilla, 41, of Warwick, Rhode Island was arrested.
Montilla was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – Heroin, Possession with Intent to Deliver of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl, Possession of Heroin 1oz-1kg and Possession of Fentanyl 1oz-1kg.
Montilla was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, then was turned over to 6th Division District Court for his arraignment.
