Members of the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section along with the Brockton, Massachusetts Police Department on Friday morning arrested Edilio Agustin-Orellana, 41, of 8 Bernon Street Providence, Rhode Island.
Agustin-Orellana, was arrested for a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from Massachusetts for Armed Home Invasion, Kidnapping (4 counts) and Intimidation of a Witness (4 counts).
Agustin-Orellana was processed at the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice at Providence County District Court.
