The Celtics spent New Year’s Eve in River City at the Frost Bank Center for a matchup with the San Antonio Spurs, and grabbed a 134-101 win, extending their win streak to six straight and closing out the month of December with a 12-2 record.
Jayson Tatum was back Sunday night and netted 25 points. Tatum had one offensive rebound, five defensive rebounds, and two dimes.
Jaylen Brown netted 24 points and finished with one offensive rebound, five defensive rebounds, three dimes, and two steals.
White, Porzingis, and Horford together netted 38 points. Porzingis finished with one offensive rebound, eight defensive rebounds, two assists and one steal, and White one offensive rebound, two defensive rebounds and five assists while Horford finished the night with one offensive rebound, six defensive rebounds and four assists.
The C’s bench added 46 points to the board for the 134-101 dub.

Up next for the Celtics, who are 26-6 and first in the Eastern Conference is a trip to the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, OK for a meeting with the Thunder who are 22-9 and second in the Western Conference. The C’s are 4-2 this season against Western Conference opponents.
