Sunday afternoon New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella confirmed the New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit responded to a residence in Ossipee, New Hampshire for the suspicious death of an adult female.

On Monday, Formella confirmed the arrest of William Kelly, 38, with a last known address of 332 Water Village Rd in Ossipee for second-degree murder.

Formella said that Kelly recklessly caused the death of Christine Falzone by means of homicidal violence.

Kelly is listed with the New Hampshire State Police as a registered sex offender for a 2009 conviction for Felonious Sexual Assault (Victim 13 or older & under 16 & age diff more than 3 years).

In 2004, Kelly was convicted of Criminal Mischief, in 2005 he was convicted of two counts of Simple Assault, in 2008 he was convicted of Endanger Welfare of Child/incompetent and Control Drug Act, and in 2019 he was convicted of Domestic Violence.

Kelly has been convicted five times since 2009 for Violation of Terms of Probation or Parole.

In 2011, Kelly was convicted for failing to tell authorities of an address change as required by law of sex offenders in New Hampshire.

Kelly is currently in custody at the Carol County Jail until his next court date.
