UConn 31 v. Sacred Heart 3

At Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut on Saturday, the Huskies hosted the Pioneers, and the Huskies ended the Pioneers season with a 31-3 victory. Huskies’ Ta’Quan Roberson from Orange, New Jersey, threw four touchdowns. 

Harvard 18 v. Yale 23

In New Haven, Connecticut at Yale Bowl, the Bulldogs hosted the Crimson for both teams to wrap up their 2023 campaign. The Bulldogs defeated the Crimson 23-18. For the Bulldogs, Nolan Grooms threw two more touchdown passes to give him 22 for the season, which is tied for the second most in school history. For the Crimson, Jaden Craig finished with six rushing touchdowns in his last four games, with his one Saturday. He also passed for two TDs on Saturday, giving him four in his last three outings.

Central Connecticut 14 v. St Francis 49

Central Connecticut wrapped up their season Saturday at Arute Field in New Britain, Connecticut, with a 49-14 loss to Saint Francis. Luquay Washington scored his second career touchdown and collected his third interception while Harold Miles III recorded his second interception of the season, and on his first career snap, Barry Brown scored a touchdown on a two-yard run.

UMass 25 v. Liberty 49

In Lynchburg, Virginia at Williams Stadium, UMass had a meeting with Liberty and lost 25-49. Taisun Phommachanh finished the day throwing for 239 yards on 22-for-38 passing with one touchdown, and Ahmad Haston completed all three of his passes for 54 yards with a touchdown. Gino Campiotti recorded five catches for 85 yards, including a 30-yard touchdown catch from Haston. Kay’Ron Lynch-Adams rushed for 92 yards, including a 23-yard touchdown run, on 17 carries.  

Maine 25 v. New Hampshire 44

At Wildcat Stadium in Durham, New Hampshire, the University of New Hampshire hosted Main for the Border Battle for the Brice-Cowell Musket. It was the final game of the season for both Maine and UNH, and UNH won 44-25. 

For the Wildcats, QB Max Brosmer passed for 271 yards and three touchdowns – and rushed for another TD. Myles Thomason finished with a game-high 174 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns. Thomason carried the ball a career-high 16 times for 55 yards, caught two passes for 11 yards – including a 10-yard score – and had two punt returns for 108 yards, including an 89-yard TD.

For the Black Bears, Derek Robertson passed for 300+ yards for the fifth time this season and finished the game 32-for-51 with 315 yards and three touchdowns. Jamie Lamson finished the day with eight catches for 50 yards and a touchdown to grab his sixth touchdown of the season and his fifth consecutive game with a score. Trevin Ewing recorded career-highs in both receptions (7) and receiving yards (79) and a touchdown, and Cooper Heisey registered Maine’s third touchdown reception of the day.

Rhode Island 30 v. Towson 31

In Towson, Maryland, at Johnny Unitas® Stadium, the Rams wrapped up their 2023 campaign with a 30-31 loss to Towson.
