On Tuesday the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task and the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested Joseph O’Brien, age 51, of 15 Uxbridge Road Apartment 1039, Mendon, Massachusetts.
O’Brien, a fugitive from justice in Massachusetts was wanted in Massachusetts Intimidation of a Witness/Public Official and Harrassing/Obscene Telephone Calls.
O’Brien was processed at the Providence Police Department and arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice in Sixth Division District Court.
