Sunday night the Department of Defense confirmed Staff Sgt. Felix A. Berrios, 33, of Houston, Texas, died Nov. 3, 2023, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, as a result of a non-combat related incident.
The DOD said Staff Sgt. Berrios was supporting Operation Inherent Resolve.
Staff Sgt. Berrios was assigned to the 25th Signal Battalion, 160th Signal Brigade, U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
