New England Revolution Falls to Orlando City SC, 3-2

Saturday night the New England Revolution fell to Orlando City SC 3-2 at Exploria Stadium. 

In the 31st minute Orlando City SC made their first goal with Duncan McGuire, a header from the center of the box to the center of the goal. Assisted by Dagur Thórhallsson with a cross.

Facundo Torres made Orlando City SC’s second goal of the match in the 37th minute, and in the 45th minute Iván Angulo made a right footed shot from the center of the box to the bottom left corner to get Orlando City SC their third goal.

Carles Gil had two goals on the night in the 42nd minute and 90’+3. His first goal was a left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Mark-Anthony Kaye. His second goal was a left footed shot from outside the box to the center of the goal. Assisted by DeJuan Jones.

Tonight’s goals for Carles Gil was his third two-goal performance in MLS, giving him a career-high 11 goals on the season.
