On Thursday morning, just after 2:00 a.m., Rhode Island State Police arrested James Marr, 38, of Westerly, Rhode Island.
Marr has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, B.A.C. Unknown (First Offense), Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test (First Offense) and Driving on a Suspended License, Special Circumstances.
Marr was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, and he was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court as a probation violator.
