On Sunday, New Hampshire State Police arrested Elisha D. Moore, 29, of Belmont, NH. for Reckless Conduct (Felony).
New Hampshire State Police at approximately 4:20 a.m. Sunday, September 3 received multiple reports of a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes on Interstate 93.
The vehicle was first reported in the town of Ashland, and continued traveling south. Callers all reported that a small sedan was traveling the wrong way, in the left travel lane.
An officer from the Tilton, New Hampshire Police Department was able to locate and stop the vehicle in the left lane, near Exit 20. Troopers arrived on scene a short time later and took over the investigation.
After a roadside investigation had been completed, Moore was arrested and transported to the Tilton Police Department, where she was bailed and released on her own Personal Recognizance.
Moore will appear in the Belknap County Superior Court at a later date.
