On our Monday Night Sports Talk show a comment I made was inaccurate saying that the Revolution lost.
My lack of understanding in Soccer made me think that since the Red Bulls went four of five in the penalty kicks as opposed to the Revolutions two of five gave New York the win.
But ultimately it was a draw. With no goals being scored in regulation and for New England Carles Gil and Gustavo Bou hit penalties.
For New York Daniel Edelman, Dante Vanzeir, Sean Nealis, and John Tolkin scored penalty kicks.
New England after the draw will have a chance to get back in the win column when they play Atlético San Luis on Wednesday July 26.
