In Nashua, New Hampshire on Monday the Nashua Police Department arrested Gianna Torres, age 25, of Nashua, New Hampshire for Stalking; Domestic Violence (Subsequent Offense), Class B Felony and Breach of Bail, Class A Misdemeanor.
Around 4:15 p.m. Nashua Police responded to a report of a Violation of Protection Order. During a preliminary investigation officers determined that Torres had communicated with a male known to her after having been served with a protective order preventing her from doing so.
After further investigation members of the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division determined that Torres had a previous stalking- related conviction within the past seven years, thus making this incident a Class B Felony, and a violation of her current bail conditions set on October 6, 2022.
Torres was arrested at approximately 9:38 p.m. Monday night.
