On Friday the Connecticut Sun announced that Natisha Hiedeman, a four-year guard has signed a two-year deal with the team.
“We are super excited to re-sign Natisha,” remarked Connecticut Sun General Manager, Darius Taylor. “She has been a core piece to our organization’s recent success. We look forward to her flourishing under Coach White and her staff.”
The Sun tip off the 2023 season on Friday, May 19 at the Indiana Fever at 7:00 PM EST and Hiedeman will kick off her fifth season with Connecticut, after averaging a career-best 9.1 points, 3.3 assists and 1.2 steals as the Sun’s primary ball handler during its 2022 campaign.
