Boston Police have arrested Devon Hamilton, 22, of Dorchester in connection to a non-fatal shooting. Himilton was arrested about 12:13 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
Hamilton has been charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (to Wit: Firearm), Discharging a Firearm within 500 Feet of a Dwelling, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Carrying a Loaded Firearm.
Allegedly, Hamilton shot an adult male at about 11:51 p.m. on Saturday night in the area of 77 Burrell Street in Roxbury.
