Worcester Police Arrest Keith Jones Of Fitchburg For Cambridge Street Homicide

Thursday, Worcester Police with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service, Massachusetts State Police, Fitchburg Police and the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office arrested Keith Jones, 32, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts. 

Jones was arrested in connection with the July 16, double shooting and homicide at 629 Cambridge St in Worcester. 

Jones, is charged with Murder; A+B by Gun; ABDW, Serious bodily injury resulting; Armed assault w/ intent to kill; Unlawfully carry a firearm; Ammo w/o FID; and Unlawfully carry loaded. 

On Thursday, Jones made an initial appearance before District Court Judge David Despotopulos. Jones pleaded not guilty and was ordered held without bail. He is in the custody of the Worcester County Jail and will be back in court on Sept. 22, 2022.
