Worcester Police are continuing to investigate a fatal crash in the area of Grafton St and Sunderland Rd. WPD says the crash happened at about 9:00 p.m. and “When officers arrived, they found the motorcycle on the ground and its twenty-four-year-old male operator under a Toyota SUV.”
Monday morning Worcester Police confirmed that the operator of the motorcycle was 24-year-old David Gleason and he was pronounced deceased.
The WPD Crash Recon is investigating the fatal crash and WPD says “The initial investigation revealed that the Toyota was traveling on Grafton St toward Sunderland Rd. The motorcycle was traveling straight in the opposite direction. The operator of the Toyota turned left on Sunderland Rd and struck the motorcycle operator, who was knocked off his motorcycle and ended up under the SUV.”
