On Sunday the Worcester Red Sox played their 12th and final back-to-back home game at Polar Park, beating Charlotte 2-3. These back-to-back homestands started against the Toledo Mud Hens on June June 14. In these past twelve games 74,337 fans have come to Polar Park. At the bottom of the fifth Pedro Castellanos hit his first triple-A double to get Ronaldo Hernandez over the plate and make this a 2-1 game. Before the end of the fifth Grant Williams hit a single to help drive in Jeter Downs and Pedro Castellanos to put the WooSox on top 2-3.

The Worcester Red Sox will have Monday off before heading Upstate for a six-game set against the Rochester Red Wings.
