At approximately 8:43 PM Sunday night, Vermont State Police arrested Caleb Smith for suspicion of DUI.
Troopers with the Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on Interstate 91 at the exit 2 ramp in the town of Brattleboro in Windham County.
The operator of one of the vehicles was Smith and while speaking with Smith, Troopers observed several indicators of impairment.
Smith was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI and was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing and later released with a citation to appear.
