25-year-old Du’Vonta Lampkin, a former player with the Massachusetts Pirates, was found dead in Dallas Thursday night.
Dallas Police have confirmed that officers responded to 500 S. Ervay St. at approximately 10:10 p.m Thursday night. Upon arrival they located Lampkin lying on his back with a single gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased on scene by Dallas Fire and Rescue.
On May 5, 2022, at approximately 10:10 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a request by fire at 500 S. Ervay St. Upon arrival, officers discovered Du’Vonte Lampkin, a 25-year-old male, lying on his back with a single gunshot wound. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and the victim died at the scene.
