Police in Attleboro say that a drive-by shooting in their city was not a random incident and that there are no threats to the public.
It all happened at about 8:15 p.m. Wednesday night in the area of James Street where police say two parked cars were shot at.
A witness was able to provide police with a description of the suspect vehicle which eventually was located and a gun was recovered from it.
Police have arrested Sauvens Desrosiers, 22, of Attleboro, Jean Alix Bastien, 19, of Dorchester, and Kepler Joseph, 20, of Mattapan and they are each charged with possession of a large-capacity firearm. Desrosiers also faces one count of negligent operation of a vehicle.
