Police Investigating A Shooting In West Hartford

Police in West Hartford say that about 9 p.m. Wednesday night, they responded to a home on Maple Ave where a person was shot.
That person was taken to an area hospital where they are in serious condition.
As far as what led up to the shooting, police say that this is an active investigation.
