Grand Finale For WooSox ’21 At Polar Park

Wednesday, the Worcester Red Sox began their final homestand against the Rochester Red Wings. On Sunday the Worcester Red Sox will wrap up their inaugural season at Polar Park before heading on the road the final five game stretch of their 2021 season.

Sunday’s grand finale for WooSox ’21 at Polar Park will begin with a 4:05 p.m. game start and will be the second fan appreciation game presented by the Worcester Red Sox this season.

During Sunday’s game, the Worcester Red Sox will give away more than 900 gifts and prizes to fans and at the conclusion of Sunday’s game, in a postgame ceremony players will give fans literally “the shirts off their backs.” 

The more than 900 gifts and prizes fans will receive, come from WooSox corporate partners and that list includes:

A night for 10 in the Chairman’s Suite in WooSox ‘22

● A night for 10 in the President’s Suite in WooSox ‘22

● 4 tickets to Opening Day of WooSox ‘22

● A free visit from Smiley Ball and Woofster the WonderDog to your child’s party

● A child can be a WooSox Honorary Batboy before a game in WooSox ‘22

● A child can say, “Play Ball!” before a game in WooSox ‘22

● A family can receive 10 George’s Coney Island hot dogs at a game in WooSox ‘22

● Fans will win four $20 gift cards to The Pie Store from Table Talk Pies (That’s a lot of pies)

Earlier this week, in a statement about Sunday’s fan appreciation game, WooSox President Dr. Charles A.
