On Monday, at the United States District Court in Worcester, U.S. District Court Judge Timothy S. Hillman sentenced Nicholas Briggs, 22, of Worcester to 40 months in prison and three years of supervised release.
Briggs who is a convicted felon, On July 4, 2020 was arrested for carrying a loaded Glock pistol. Briggs is prohibited under law to be in possession of a firearm.
On May 11, 2021, Briggs pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
