In Buffalo Sunday, the Bisons snapped the Worcester Red Soxwinning streak with a 9-5 win.
In the top of the first Otto Lopez scored to make it a 1-0, Buffalo lead.
At the top of the second, Connor Wong hit hit tenth double of the season and Chad De La Guerra, Tate Matheny and Jeremy Rivera (Welcome Back) all scored to make it a 3-1, Worcester lead.
At the top of the second, Joey Meneses hit his fourth double of the season and Connor Wong scored to make it a 4-1, Worcester lead.
At the top of the second, Josh Ockimey hit his seventh double of the season and Joey Meneses scored to make it a 5-1, Worcester lead.
In the bottom of the third, Tyler White, Danny Jansen, and Forrest wall scored to make it a 5-4, Worcester lead.
In the bottom of the sixth, Tyler White hit his tenth homer of the season and got an RBI (Forrest Wall) to make it a 6-5, Buffalo lead.
In the bottom of the seventh, Kellin Deglan hit his third homer of the season and got an RBI (Christian Colon and Forrest Wall) to make it a 9-5, Worcester lead.
The Worcester Red Sox wrap up their six game series in Buffalo with five wins and one loss. They’ll have Monday off and then they’ll head to Rochester to play the Red Wings.
