5 People Indicted In Worcester County Superior Court

On Friday, five people were indicted in five separate cases in Worcester County Superior Court.

Jose Andre Diaz was indicted by a grand jury for trafficking in more than 10 grams of fentanyl.

Jose Ojeda-Cruz was indicted by a grand jury for trafficking in 36 grams or more, less than 100 grams of heroin/morphine/opium/fentanyl.

Fernando Rivera-Foteza was indicted by a grand jury for trafficking in 100 grams or more, less than 200 grams of cocaine.

Samuel Ward was indicted by a grand jury for trafficking in more than 10 grams fentanyl, possession to distribute a class A drug and possession to distribute cocaine subsequent offense.

Robert Naibe Domenech was indicted by a grand jury for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (serious bodily injury), assault and battery with firearm, carrying a firearm without license, carrying a loaded firearm without license and possession of ammunition without FID.
