Down in Charlotte tonight the Celtics rolled over the Hornets 108-87 and are now 6-1, winning the last six straight to start this season.
Thursday night was the first time Kemba Walker played his former Charlotte teammates at the Spectrum Center since joining the Celtics. I was expecting to see a better performance from Walker who did finish with 14 points and six assists but missed the first six shots that he put up.
Jayson Tatum scored 23 points but it was a Hayward game as Gordon Hayward finished 9-for-16, 20 pts, 10 rebounds and 6 assists.
Jaylen Brown who has been out the last three games returned Thursday night to get himself a bucket. Marcus Smart who had 5 assists and 2 steals put up a three and Rob Williams put in five straight buckets.
