A community appeal is seeking information after Esther, owner of Esther’s Sewing and Fashion on Shrewsbury Street, reportedly had her vehicle broken into at Webster Square Plaza in Worcester on Saturday. She had attended a local fashion show to support another designer and their apprentices.
According to the appeal, her stolen bag contained credit cards, money, and personal belongings. The cards were subsequently used for more than $1,000 in unauthorized purchases, including liquor and cigarettes.
The appeal states that a police report has been filed and surveillance footage shows two individuals who may have information. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Worcester Police Department and reference the incident at with Esther’s Sewing and Fashion or call Esther’s Sewing and Fashion at (774) 823-6418.
