Lawernce – On Tues., Oct. 13, the Lawrence Police Department’s Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit partnered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to conduct an undercover investigation into suspected drug activity in the Howard Street area.
The operation resulted in the arrest of two men and one woman on narcotics-related charges.
Suring the investigation, authorities seized approximately 43 grams of fentanyl, 3 grams of cocaine, and $7,432 in cash. Police also resolved two outstanding arrest warrants in connection with the arrests.
All three individuals were transported to the Lawrence Police Department, where they were booked without incident.
The Lawrence Police Department reaffirmed its commitment to combating illegal drug activity through proactive enforcement and continued cooperation with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to promote public safety throughout the community.
