Just after 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 5, Boston police responded to the area of 15 Homestead Street in Dorchester for a reported stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers located one stabbing victim, who was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The victim’s condition has not been released.
A witness who was with the victim told officers that the stabbing occurred near the intersection of American Legion Highway and Blue Hill Avenue.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
No arrests have been announced, and the investigation remains active.
