Boston – A coordinated police operation in Roxbury led to the seizure of multiple illegal narcotics and charges against a suspect following the execution of a search warrant in the Nubian Square area.

According to authorities, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District B-2 (Roxbury), District C-6 (South Boston), and City-Wide units worked together as part of an ongoing effort to combat illegal drug distribution in the neighborhood.

Police applied for and were granted a search warrant for a residence located at 17 Trotter Court. When officers executed the warrant, they recovered a quantity of suspected illegal drugs from inside the home.

The items seized during the search included:

  • Approximately 25 grams of fentanyl
  • Approximately 14 grams of cocaine
  • 4 oxycodone pills
  • 106 gabapentin pills

Authorities say the suspect will be summonsed to court and is expected to face multiple charges, including:

  • Trafficking of a Class A substance
  • Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
  • Two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
  • Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance

The case will be heard in Roxbury District Court.

This operation is part of ongoing enforcement efforts aimed at addressing drug activity and improving public safety in the Nubian Square area. Police continue to encourage community members to report suspicious activity as investigations into illegal drug distribution remain active.
