Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep salmon & asparagus: Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Arrange asparagus around salmon. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Make sauce: In a small bowl, mix garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Brush over salmon and asparagus.
  4. Bake: Roast for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
  5. Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon over the top before serving.

Quick Tip: For a crispier finish, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
