Vermont (Westminster Barracks) – A 28-year-old Rhode Island man was cited for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Jamaica, VT.

According to Trooper Zachary Kunow, he conducted an investigation on Pike Falls Road at 6:29 p.m. on Feb. 28.

Trooper Kumnow reported that Liam D. Millette, 28, of Manville, Rhode Island, was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham County Criminal Division, on March 17 at 8:30 a.m. on his DUI charge.

Millette is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
