Milford – At 11:12 am on Feb. 23, Milford Police arrested 60-year-old Dominick Cristino, of Upton.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Main Street after Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a call at 10:57 am about an incident involving a male subject displaying what happened to be a handgun and making threats.
Upon arrival, officers observed Cristino yelling at the two occupants of a Dodge Ram Truck. He refused to follow the instructions given by officers.
The situation began when the caller attempted to deliver a vehicle to a customer at the location. Cristino approached the truck, became verbally aggressive, made racial remarks, and threatened to shoot the occupants, the victim reports.
During the booking process, Cristino continued to act disruptively, shouting racial slurs and resisting officers. He removed his clothing and exposed himself.
While in a holding cell, Cristino attempted to flood the floor, obstruct security cameras, and again exposed himself.
Cristino is facing multiple charges, including Civil Rights Violation, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Threatening a Crime, Disorderly Conduct, Lewd Behavior, Disturbing the Peace (subsequent offense), and Indecent Exposure.
He was later released on bail pending further proceedings. Cristino is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
