RUTLAND, VERMONT — A late-night traffic stop in downtown Rutland ended with a DUI bust after Vermont State Police say a local woman showed clear signs of impairment behind the wheel.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks pulled over a vehicle on Center Street around 1:35 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, after spotting a violation. Police identified the driver as 29-year-old Lindsay Cimadon of Rutland City.
According to investigators, Cimadon displayed “indicators of impairment” during the stop. She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and taken to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
Cimadon was later released with a citation to appear in Rutland County Superior Court on Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.
