WESTMINSTER, Vt. — A 74-year-old Chester man was arrested Sunday evening on suspicion of DUI after state police say he was spotted driving erratically on Interstate 91 North.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks pulled over Francis P. Snarski at mile marker 28.2 around 7:43 p.m. on Sept. 14. Authorities report that Snarski displayed signs of impairment and was taken into custody without incident.
He was processed at the Westminster Barracks and released with a citation. Snarski is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Oct. 7 at 8:30 a.m.
