FAIRFAX, Vt. — A 43-year-old South Burlington man was arrested Saturday evening after sliding his vehicle off the road, according to Vermont State Police.
Around 9:41 p.m. on Sept. 13, troopers responded to Bessette Road near Snowcrest Road for a single-vehicle incident. The driver, Andrew Houston, showed signs of impairment and was screened for DUI. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing.
Houston was later released and is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Sept. 22 at 10 a.m.
