STARKSBORO, Vt. — Vermont State Police have arrested 31-year-old Michael Fuller of Hinesburg for allegedly violating an abuse prevention order on two separate occasions.

According to authorities, Fuller contacted and threatened the victim on both July 8 and July 9 in violation of a court-issued order. Troopers located Fuller at his residence in Hinesburg on July 13 and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing and later lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility in Rutland on $1,500 bail.

Fuller is scheduled to appear in Addison County Court on Monday, July 14 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to two misdemeanor counts of violating an abuse prevention order.
