The WPI track and field team on Saturday concluded the 2025 indoor season with impressive performances at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships held at the Reggie Lewis Track Center in Boston. Sophomores Ethan Anderson and Gabriel D’Amour earned All-New England honors, with Anderson achieving a significant weight throw of 16.97m, the third-best in WPI history, landing him in fifth place, while D’Amour also secured fifth in the 400m with a personal best of 50.00.

In the 60m dash prelims, sophomore Sam Manteria clocked in at 7.09 for an 11th place finish, with classmate Ajay Bellamy following in 21st at 7.31. Daniel Kim placed 13th in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.86 seconds. Freshmen Rayna Thompson and Ethan Schnyer wrapped up their indoor seasons with 12th place finishes in the 200m dash prelims, recording times of 26.03 and 22.63, respectively.

At the Tufts National Qualifier, graduate student Avinash Bissoondial achieved a personal best in the 3000m, finishing second with a time of 8:21.46. Anderson also had a strong showing, placing fourth in both the weight throw at 15.40m and the shot put with a throw of 14.27m, while sophomore Michael Zuo secured seventh in the shot put with 13.74m. Senior Matthew Catuccio tied for seventh in the high jump at 1.93m.

The distance medley relay team, consisting of junior Brinson Wyche, graduate student Tristan Andrew, junior Everett Mosher, and Bissoondial, finished 10th with a time of 10:12.90. Looking forward, WPI is set to begin its outdoor season on March 29 at the UMass Dartmouth Corsair Classic.
