Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of Ground Beef
  • ½ Tsp. of Salt (optional)
  • Food Lion Ground Black Pepper (optional)
  • 1 (14 oz.) Box of Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup of Real Bacon Bits
  • ½ Cup of Crispy Fried Onions
  • ¼ Cup of Sliced Jalapenos (chopped)
  • ¼ Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Steps

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef to the hot pan and break into pieces using a wooden spoon. Season with the salt and pepper, if desired. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is browned and cooked through. Remove from the heat and drain excess grease.
  2. Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
  3. Add the ground beef, diced tomatoes, bacon bits, fried onions and jalapenos to the macaroni and cheese and mix to combine.
  4. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
