Vermont State Police overnight arrested Ryan Baringer, 21 of Panton, Vermont for DUI #1. Baringer was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on January 13, 2025.
Just before 1:00 AM, a Trooper with Vermont State pulled Baringer over for a traffic violation, but during that motor vehicle stop, the Trooper observed indicators of impairment.
Vermont State Police said, “Baringer was screened for DUI and was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.”
