Vermont State Police at about 4:05 p.m. on Sunday responded to a report of some sort of family fight occurring on Chamberlin Hill Rd in the town of Albany, Vermont.
Upon arrival, Troopers met with all parties involved and determined that Benjamin Mason was in violation of 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and Interference with Access to Emergency Services.
Vermont State Police said Mason was taken into custody and processed at the Derby Barracks where he was charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and Interference with Access to Emergency Services.
