In New Haven, Connecticut on Mknday a judge sentenced Lawrence Maenza, age 45, of East Haven to 15 years in prison for two counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Risk of Injury to a Minor.
On February 1, 2024, a Superior Court jury in New Haven convicted Maenza for sexually assaulting two children under the age of 10 in locations across New Haven and Hartford counties.
Following his release from prison, Maenza will be required to register as a sex offender for life and complete sex offender probation for an additional 15 years.
