On 2-20-2024, as the result of a motor vehicle accident on Killingly Street in Johnston, Rhode Island, Edgar Morales Salguero, 32, of 15 Traver Ave, Johnston, Rhode Island was arrested by Rhode Island State Police.
Salguero was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.112% & Phase II: 0.103).
Salguero was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
